Worst company to deal with. The guy (Jeff) came in for an estimate and he would never respond to emails or phone calls. After waiting 45 days and this company was recommended by a 3rd party supplier, this jerk tells me we are not familiar with this product.
Bro......a lot of companies would like to take this job.

I am so impressed by this company! We called them about issues with our HVAC leaking water. They were fully booked today but offered some do it yourself advice or said they can come out Saturday or Monday. I am very thankful to them because their DIY advice WORKED!!!! At least for now and regardless the fact they just wanted to help us in the moment versus telling us to wait for a paid appointment is so kind. All our business will go to them!

Called because my central air stopped emitting cold air. Jeff , the owner ,
arrived within an hour and installed the bad parts ( in the pouring rain ).
He also changed the furnace filter. VERY efficient and professional. I will
defiantly highly recommend this company, AFM HEATING & COOLING !!!

Ryan from AFM came to our house this week for an AC problem. He was professional, considerate, hard working, and thorough. We also felt that the rate that was charged was reasonable.
This is the second time we have used AFM, and will not hesitate to use them again.

We got a new high-efficiency furnace and A/C. I was surprised at how much better it works than our old one ever did. Before, the top floor was always too warm in the Summer and too cool in the Winter. Today it was hot and humid outside. Inside it was cool and nice throughout the whole house. The installer explained what was wrong with the old installation. I'm an engineer and didn't think it would have made much difference, but it did.

I recently purchased a home with new HVAC, didn't know who installed it when I had problems in this last hot weekend. Called and spoke with Phil who went above and beyond with recommendations, which I followed to try and find the installer and get them to honor their work. When that didn't pan out Ryan came out, on time and communicative, got the problem figured out and fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

Call them on a Saturday morning. They came out that afternoon. Fix my A/C. Took less then a hour. Very happy with there service.I would use them again, or refer them to others.

Used AFM for repairs and when time came for a new system (old one was 30 years old) I got 3 estimates. One was of course from AFM because of the great work they had done for me. I was happy to see that the AFM estimate was the best. The professional crew came in and installed the new furnace quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I was so happy with the product (Ruud) and the installation that I junked my A/C unit and had them install a matching unit. Again super impressed with the crew and the work they did. Also had them install a new furnace for my mother in-law (emergency job) on a day's notice. Great work again. I would recommend AFM to anyone!

Wanna give a huge shout out to AFM heating and cooling team for a quick response and quality work they provide! Not the first time we used their services to fix our completely unreliable furnace and definitely not the last,since it likes to act up on us every two years or so) Ryan came and fixed and checked on everything in less than 30 min. Super quick and efficient! Totally recommend this company to everyone!

The BEST! Simply the Best! AFM is a great company and the service tech Logan was awesome!! I will be using them for any future needs because they were the only people to answer the phone when I called several other service companies and they got there fast and answered all my questions. Logan was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, he's a great guy that works for a great company. Thanks AFM!!

I had a service tech come out and look at my furnace for an issue that I was having. When Ryan the tech came out he was very professional and friendly, he looked at my furnace and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. He showed me what issues I was having we discussed the options and so that way my wife and I could make a decision on some new equipment. Jeff the owner is a great guy too, he come out personally to out to make repairs to our hvac, he’s also very nice and is very honest, something that’s hard to find these days.

I called AFM because my mother's furnace blower was making a vibrating noise. Spoke with Joyce who answered the very helpful, she contacted Jeff there technician explained the situation and within 1 hour he arrived at our home. He diagnosed the problem and made some calls to locate the part needed and returned promptly to complete the repairs. Jeff is honest, very helpful, informed us about another possible problem to consider replacing the blower fan unit.
Called Jeff back when the blower fan began to vibrate, he was out of town. He called his office talked to Kevin tech manager, explained the problem, l received a call within the hour, a technician had the replacement part and was enroute to our house to install it.
When have a problem they are my choice to call first, great service and friendly staff.

I called AFM because my AC went out. Spoke with a nice gentleman named Kyle. He took the time to discuss my issues and even gave me some tips to save me time and money. Long story short, I took his advice and it solved my problem. AFM is definately a class act. Next time I have a heating or cooling issue they will be at the top of my list. Thanks AFM

After having received such amazing service from AFM on multiple occasions - they are now my go-to people for anything heating and cooling. They are prompt to respond, honest and will always give the best advice. Jeff is the man with the plan. He was so kind and helpful when coming out to service my appliances. He knew exactly what issues were, what to do, and how to resolve it quickly!

We've worked with AFM in the past before we moved from Wayne to Commerce. Kevin came by, free of charge, for quick consultation and gave us options for how we could proceed with our AC/heat performance as well as an exhaust issues with our hot water tank. Noticed our air-conditioner was not working Mon, 7/6/20 after 5pm. We checked several heating and cooling companies on the web and most were closed or not answering. Called AFM was was given a Wed, 7/8 appointment. Jeff called 20 prior to arrival to let us know he was on his way to our house. He diagnosed the problem, repaired, and was done within 30 minutes. Prompt, fantastic service, very professional, and we would definitely use this AFM Heating & Cooling again. We would recommend this company to our family and friends. Thank you very much. Air conditioner went out around 6 PM and they were able to have someone here first thing in the morning at 8 AM. Very friendly on the phone along with the technician who came out. I’d highly recommend the company – – great value, fair, friendly and good quality.

Thanks to AFM, our house is snug in the winter and cool in the summer. When I have a problem, their prompt attention assures I don’t have to worry. An associate even helped me find ways to maximize the air conditioning in our multi-level home by making sure we had proper air vents open.

AFM has great service and a friendly staff. They fit my house in the same day I called and arrived shortly later. They were able to find the issue wrong and provided a solution to fix it that day! My hubby and I were on vacation when my mom went to check on my home and found no heat! We called all around to get immediate help and our neighbor recommended to call AFM Heating. We got an immediate response from Kevin Champagne, and he was out in my home within an hour, he fixed the issue, took care of my home, and billed us a very reasonable amount. He really took care of us while we were not even there, and was very responsive. This is our heating company for life!!

Absolutely professional, and knowledgeable. Mike had my issue diagnosed in minutes. Very satisfied, especially since it was 15 degrees outside and no heat inside. I called, they answered, Mike arrived within 1 hour, unit repaired in 40 minutes. Will use this company again.

Everything we have experienced with Jacob’s Ladder has been excellent. We had preventive maintenance on our two furnaces in October, 2019. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He took time to educate us about our units. In January, 2020, after another contractor worked on our chimney, we experienced a problem with one of the units. The same technician from Jacob’s Ladder came out. He remembered us and our furnaces, he ran diagnostics, and resolved the problem quickly. Their communication and follow up is outstanding. I would recommend Jacob’s Ladder to all my friends and relatives.
