AFM Heating and Cooling, is located in Livonia, Michigan. We are a fully licensed and staffed HVAC contractor with the size and capability to provide solutions to most any residential, commercial, and light industrial heating and cooling project. AFM has been in business for 30 years and served over 5,000 homeowners and businesses throughout Southeast Michigan, we have worked with some of Metro Detroit’s most respected names in the construction, development and property management industries.

How we work
New Equipment
We provide free consultations on new equipment. Then, we will install high-quality equipment at your home or business and work with you until you are satisfied with our services. After the equipment is installed, we will show you how to maintain your system easily and cost-effectively, so that you have a comfortable home or business year-round.
Service + Maintenance
Customers looking to replace or request a quote on new equipment get a free consultation/estimate. Those looking for repairs require a reasonable service call fee. If you have a problem with your equipment, we’re just a phone call away.
